The Challenge
Agencies and remote service providers struggled with fragmented tools for client handovers, team workflows, and real-time screen activity telemetry, leading to data leaks and productivity drops.
Strategy & Engineering
We engineered a comprehensive monorepo structure using Turborepo and pnpm workspaces. By utilizing NestJS AsyncLocalStorage middleware, we implemented dynamic multi-tenancy with a transparent Prisma Client proxy wrapper for strict data isolation. For real-time screen telemetry, we designed a hybrid streaming pipeline using Socket.io and Supabase storage logs.
